Refunds and Returns
Please choose your order carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection.
Returns for Credit or Exchange
We will accept returns of sale or return goods and offer an exchange or credit up to 7 days after you receive confirmation that your order has shipped. Books returned to us for exchange or credit must be in their original condition.
Delivery charges will only be refunded if the items you are returning are not the goods you ordered and the books were sent as result of our error.
Please ensure the items are returned in secure, protective packaging along with your order confirmation number and invoice.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel all or part of your order, provided you contact us before you receive the email notification that your order has been shipped.

Pricing and Availability of Items
Prices shown on architecturebooks.eu apply to goods purchased online and are in euros. Prices are set at the recommended publisher price in most instances. In some cases they may be less than the recommended retail price, such as when we are running promotions with specific titles. Prices are subject to change without notice, please enquire in store for a quote.
Final Sale Special Orders
All videos, DVDs, CD-ROMs and books with CD-ROMs ordered at the request of the customer that cannot be returned to the supplier are considered final sale. These items are clearly identified as final sale. We will send you a form that requires your signature in order to advise you that the goods you requested are non-returnable or non-refundable if you change your mind.
Imported books are priced depending on the current exchange rate from the country of origin and include the cost of importation. Please note that the price of imported books may vary slightly from the online price due to currency variations between times of purchase.
Exclusions to Sale Items
Shipping rates are not discounted. Normal shipping rates apply to orders containing items sold.
Currency and GST
For orders delivered within Europe all prices include 6% VAT (Value Added Tax). Orders delivered outside the Netherlands to organisations with a correct international VAT number will be invoiced without VAT.
Orders to be Delivered Outside Europe
VAT is not payable on orders to be delivered outside Europe, and will be deducted as you complete your order, if applicable.
Please note: architecturebooks.eu is not able to accept orders from Nigeria, or any other country where shipping cannot be guaranteed. Please email info@architecturebooks.eu with any overseas enquiries.
Shipping
Goods are sent by the participating publishers. Delivery charges are as follows (excluding VAT):
€ 5,- per item (within Europe)
€ 10,- per item (outside Europe / worldwide)
Express shipping and courier orders will incur additional delivery charges. Please call + 31 (0)20 5218930 or email info@architecturebooks.eu to arrange deliveries via express shipping and courier.
Stock Availability
As our list of titles is extensive and all books are carried in stock at the participating publishers, our databases are regularly updated based on information supplied by the participating publishers. While our site lists availability based on information supplied by the publishers, it is possible that the publishers can run out of stock or designate a title to be out of print at short notice. We will advise you by email if there are unforeseen delays in supplying your order.
If you cannot find the title you are looking for with our online database, we will be happy to place a special order for you. Please contact us by phone at + 31 (0)20 5218930 or email info@architecturebooks.eu.
All orders received are subject to product availability. Books may appear on the website that have become unavailable or out of print titles. In this case we will send you an email stating that we are unable to fill the order.
Please note: On occasion publishers may vary the appearance of the book cover or change the description of book contents.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards only for Internet orders. Credit cards are handled by our secure server (TWYP) and charged the same business day the order is filled.
